Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited prompts, listings, and generated output

You agree not to use the Service to create, host, list, distribute, or facilitate:

• Content that violates any applicable law, including U.S. federal, state, or international law.
• Malware, spyware, keyloggers, ransomware, botnets, exploits, or code designed to compromise systems you do not own.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors, in any form.
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, hate speech targeting a protected class, or incitement to violence.
• Intellectual property infringement — code, designs, brand assets, or content you do not have the right to use.
• Financial fraud, including phishing, fake exchanges, deceptive token launches, pump-and-dump bots, unlicensed money transmission, and unregistered securities offerings.
• Spam, deceptive notifications, or unsolicited bulk messaging via the Service or apps generated by it.
• Adult sexual content, gambling, or controlled-substance sales without all required licenses and age controls.
• Attempts to evade Guardian risk scoring, age verification, phone verification, or admin enforcement actions, including operating multiple accounts to dodge a suspension or flag.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated bulk extraction of the platform, the AI planner pipeline, or other users' data.

Enforcement

We may take any of the following actions, with or without prior notice, when we believe this AUP has been violated:

• Raise your Guardian risk score and flag your account.
• Downgrade your Guardian tier, removing transaction or posting privileges.
• Remove listings, generated apps, or other content from the Service.
• Suspend or permanently terminate your account.
• Refuse to process refunds for fees collected before enforcement.
• Cooperate with law enforcement when required by law or when we believe a violation creates an imminent threat of harm.

Appeals

If you believe enforcement was a mistake, email support@forkdme.com with your account email, the action you are appealing, and the facts you would like us to consider. We aim to respond within ten (10) business days. Appeals are reviewed by a human; outcomes may include reinstatement, tier restoration, or upholding the original action.

Minimum age

The Service — and therefore this AUP — applies only to users aged eighteen (18) or older. Attempting to create or use an account if you are under 18 is itself a violation of this AUP.

Service providers used to enforce this AUP

Enforcement signals and content moderation may involve the following processors that operate the Service: MongoDB (storing Guardian risk scores and audit logs), OpenRouter (Claude) (the AI generation pipeline whose outputs are subject to this AUP), Expo / EAS and Expo Snack (build and preview surfaces where prohibited output may be detected), Cloudinary (uploaded media scanning), Stripe (fraud signals on payments), Twilio (SMS abuse signals on Guardian phone verification), Privy and the Solana / Guardian Anchor program (on-chain license enforcement and tier downgrades), Resend and web-push providers (admin alerts on flagged accounts), and the ForkD marketplace backend at forkdme.com (account suspension and listing removal). Governing law

This AUP is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA.
